Every team needs its engine – the person who keeps all the moving parts synchronized, the schedules tight, and the energy high. At Samfar Family Dentistry, that engine has a name, and it’s Karla.
As both Operations Manager and Dental Assistant, Karla wears two hats and wears them both exceptionally well. Efficient, educational, and cheerful – she sees the practice from every angle.

Outside the office, Karla channels that same drive into her workouts (she’s a serious fitness enthusiast, not a casual gym-goer) and the NOVA brunch circuit. And San Juan, Puerto Rico holds a special place – for the warm-hearted locals and the kind of natural beauty that makes your phone camera feel inadequate.
She runs the operation, assists in the chair, and outworks her own gym routine. There’s no version of her that isn’t all in.
